Classes & Workshops

As an educator,  Mariah combines  theory,  embodied experiences and  a strengths-based approach.  Her  teaching  style  attunes  to the needs  of her  students through a fusion of dance/movement therapy principles, a developmental perspective and movement analysis. Mariah joined the teaching faculty at Multnomah University as an Assistant Professor of Counseling in August 2017. Simultaneously, she is once again a student herself - pursuing her PhD in Leadership with a Specialization in Counselor Supervision and Education. Mariah is available for workshops and trainings by request. Contact Mariah to inquire about programming specifically catered to your workplace, school or community setting.
